Have made a payment for €39.99 to this company after further investigation its now coming up as a scam not received anything from them can't email or contact them.

Your bank will refund you if you call them and explain its a scam. my bank refunded me as I was scammed by this company.
My bank refunded immediately after completion on online complaint. I am with lloyds
My order never came and it's been 2 months and no way to contact these scammers
Disgusted, I just called the post office because on my tracking number they tell me that the item was delivered in letter boxes, I explain that it's a suitcase so impossible, they put me on hold and do some research and then she tells me, Even your package was delivered last week but not at all in your department I'm in 57 and it was delivered in 51 and the name doesn't match yours... I'm angry, next time I'll check the sites' notes first... I sent an email, I'll see if I get an answer or no. Pfff bunch of hustlers and when I see the number of people who have been ripped off, these sites should shut down...
Totally ripped off. I have been advised by Royal Mail to go to ACTION FRAUD and report this company. I ordered two large garden planter boxes, advertised on Facebook in Feb. I was given a tracking number but this was for someone else with a letter box sized parcel which was delivered in Kent. Royal Mail have advised they are seeing this all the time! Since have had generic emails promising re-delivery but now they are not responding.

Hi, I'm the same way. My bank asks me for an image or model of the trolleys suitcases. Does anyone have it?
Everyone contact your banks you bought this through and explain to them you have been scammed, I have loads of emails from them as my tracking info stated it was delivered to a property in Wales when I live in London and they promised again to send out and never did it has been nearly 2 months these people are scumbags

Do you know is there a time period before the banks won't refund your money?
I ordered an Ice machine on Mar 3 had a tracking number after a few weeks it was delivered in Canton Ohio, i live in Missouri. I emailed them and they said they would redeliver the item. Still havent received my item as of 5-2-23. What i dont get is they answer every single email i send them. I bank with Chime. Does anyone know if they would refund my money to me? Obviously this company isnt going to

I ordered water slides from them in March and I paid $39,99 and till today, nothing was sent and they no longer respond. They responded only once and said they have dispatched the goods and they are sorry for the delay in logistics. How can this be stopped as it clear that they are a big scam
Ordered a bumper car for my granddaughter in February..... Took $39.99 right away and still no product!!
Been scammed from this company. Paid 59.98 and never received my tree and wreath. They should be put out of business. They use Facebook to scam people. Terrible

I ordered a sewing machine in February. They delivered to Anchorage Alaska in March. After many emails, which they always answer, (must be computer generated) sent another one this week to north Carolina! Not even close! How do I file reports against them?
This all sounds too familiar. I ordered the ice maker in January. Now August and nothing just a lot of texts with excuses and promises but NO REFUND!!!

Happened to me too! Email them every two weeks and they would always respond with some excuse or say it was reshipped so give it some time. Last time they replied was two weeks ago and today I emailed again and it came back undeliverable!

I got scammed by this company. I order suitcase and it never arrived. Later on I received tons of emails from UPS and FedEx with link which of course i know its ascam because of the URL. i also received phone call everyday from random number said contact from UPS and FedEx said they are unable to track my address and ask me to press to follow the link. Of course it's a scam because "the robot" speaks Chinese. Same thing happened to my friend but she clicked the link and found "a customerservice". The next day, her account was withdraw online by someone. She lost $4,500.
