I ordered a Smart Household Appliance with 20 features late last month from Uplivi.

The package arrived earlier this week from PFT Logistics but it wasn't what I ordered. It was a pair of black furry earmuffs.

I sent an email with pics and screengrabs to Customer Services at Uplivi and five days later, STILL no response. response.
I'm in West Midlands, UK.
