I received a package today. It was a diamond ring..stating it was from Jane, 371 Little Falls RD, ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. What am I supposed to do?Im in Parma, OH, USA

I got 2 today. Now what
I received an unordered "diamond" ring also. From the same address. The ring is made by GRA Moissanite, with no address or phone number, no invoice. The only information is the return address on the envelope, Jane, Cedar Grove NJ. Do I have to pay to return it? Why isn't the Postal Service going after these scams?
