On Oct. 12 I received an unordered black (obviously fake) Tory Burch bag in my name, but my card was never charged for it. Not too long ago I fell for a “Converse on Sale” ad on Facebook that turned out to be a scam, but my card during that time was cancelled and never charged. Very confused on how or why this got to me…
