My son ordered 2 mini-bikes for $69.95 each, and received a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. We tried to look up the website that he had ordered them from and it has been taken down. How does he get refunded the money he is out?

I ordered an electric scooter I found through the Pinterest app. I received a fur lined cap! There is no valid contact email or no phone number listed. Thank goodness I used a prepaid card that has no money on it now, so they can't send me anything else I didn't order! Oh and by the way... I always use a prepaid card to order from unknown companies.
Something here but put on credit card had to put in a fraud claim
