An internet USPS and Customs scam!, Colorado Springs, CO, USA

I ordered a DeWalt Drill set with batteries...they gave me an EMS tracking number..I followed the tracking from China and it was to be delivered today. Lol..I'm the lucky one I received a nice cheap necklace. Oddly enough this package wasn't showing up on USPS Delivery Manager. They are using numerous internet websites to scam us. The address on package shows Buford Ga which looks like a food delivery place. I will call the local Sheriff in Georgia tomorrow.
