I purchased a rechargeable mini chainsaw from Facebook ad. Paid through PayPal. Never received my mini chainsaw. Filed a dispute with PayPal. They denied the dispute saying the merchant had said item had been delivered. The item I did receive was a piece of rough wire with rings on either end. In the original Facebook ad, this wire thing was shown in the picture. It was certainly not what I ordered. Checked with USPS and they have confirmed that the item received was a letter size envelope, nothing that could contain a mini chain saw. I have now requested refund from PayPal
