I ordered a battery-Powered Wood instead got a 20 inch chain no bigger the a necklace. I emailed them several times and did not hear back from them. I didn't know it was coming from China. I think they should have to tell when an order is coming from out of the US. I notified Pay pal and included this web cite. With in a couple of hours Pay pal emailed me that the company had offered a refund.
