The same thing happened as the others, I bought 13 items and even took out insurance for delivery. I received a ring that I didn't even order. I contacted the company imulctie@philorium.com they told me that it was a gift that was given to me and to check if it was the correct address for my package and that my purchase would be delivered soon. But I did not receive anything, I communicated at least 30 times so that they would always tell me the same thing: that they are late, that they apologize, that they are sorry, that they are an honest company and that for everything that happens, they are really sorry ect ect and it's the same for the refund they are always a response ready to tell me for the late payment, all of this to never get my purchases that I made and I was never reimbursed I kept all the evidence.
