I ordered a 6 piece tool kit from Imogenpootsonline as a birthday present I was given a tracking number and a tracking web site after following the said package and on the 13/06/2023 at 09.36 it said I have successfully received and signed for said package but after making inquires into what has happened I was told by Australian Federal Police that it is a scam and they are working with international police to track down this lot. The police have assured me that there are over a 100 cases in Australia alone

I too ordered tool kit, same company, offered a surprise gift,said no thanks, charged for it anyway. The incentive to purchase surprise gift was FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON BOTH ORDERS. I WAS CHARGED 2 SEPERATE PACKAGES, PAID FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON EACH AND THIS COMPANY REPEATEDLY TRIED TO TAKE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY OFF MY CASH APP CARD DAILY!!!!!FORTUNATELY, MY CARD WAS LOCKED AND CASHAPP CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS ALERTED TO SCAM, I FINALLY FOUND A LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBER,SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON AND THREATENED TO SIC BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL ONTO THEM UNLESS I WAS FULLY REFUNDED AND THEY CEASED TRYING TO TAKE MONEY IN DIFFERENT AMOUNTS DAILY. MONEY REFUNDED NO MORE FALSE CHARGES
Afraid like both of you I fell for the same scam. Discusting company just ripping people off. Whoever promotes these robbing bas**rds should pay for their misleading promotions of this company!!!
