Safety Report: A scam/fraud, ASL Morrstan

Ordered food storage containers. Vendor sent me a useless phone case. Asked for the order to be filled correctly. Never got order. They wanted to refund 10% of my purchase price but only if I returned the phone case. I thought this vendor was out of the UK but it turns out they are Chinese scammers. I now see similar cases on further research.

Do you by any chance have the website from which you ordered or the email address for the company you ordered from? I experienced the same thing however I've recently learned that the email address in my autofill was incorrect so I didn't receive my email confirmation. To dispute the charge with my credit card company I need to see if I can get some kind of order confirmation from them.
Thus same thing happened to me! I’m still in email contact with them and it’s been more than 7 months since I ordered the storage containers.
I really believe this company is a scam. I initially ordered what was supposed to be 2 Food Storage Organization from them on June 23, 2023, and am still trying to get a refund for an order that they never shipped. They want me to withdraw my claim against them before they credit my card for the purchase. I refuse to do that as I don't understand why they would even ask me to do that unless they are trying to pull a fast one by saying later than I canceled my claim. Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau to see if they will do anything to stop these guys from scamming people? I would be interested in hearing from others.
