I placed an order Mar 4th and as of today April 24th nothing was delivered but when you put tracking number in there sight it says items were delivered.The company is

I have place an order in May this year on shein website it turns out forceress in Hong Kong are advertising fraudulent on shein website therefore my money went into forceress bank account and not shein bank account.Im still struggling to get my money back.Bank said they can't get money back because the money is already out of forceress account therefore I must get in contact with the merchant which I can't find even their emails address is incorrect.Amount owned are R1300.Ive even scammed out of R1300 by forceress .If possible can you get my money back.Please be warned of this scammed.
I have never received my money or parcel forceress is no were to be found.I some can please give me company correct address or phone number I will appreciate it.
