I just spent $34.99 for shoes and just like others, I have not even received a email confirming my order. I will be stopping the payment as of today.
I too ordered on April 30 from Shein and on my account he marked LPL dinoasic 3 sweater /$27.00 cn and did not receive confirmation by email

The samething happened to me I ordered $27.00 worth of stuff an I'm thinking that I ordered from Shein, but I never received any email or anything. How can we get our money back?

I too spent £21.77 and not received anything. No confirmation email.
I also ordered from them, on May,08,2023. Got an email confirmation, tracking number. Paid in American currency.Kept checking on it saying still in transit. Today …..Said it was delivered to community mailbox/courtyard I don’t have one my mailbox is attached to my home. Can’t get in contact with anyone. Definitely a SCAM. 😡😡😡
I also ordered for $48.42 and then I did not receive anything... I'm going to claim my money from the financial bank...

ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS. Ordered in April thinking I was ordering from SHEIN. Paid is USD and received nothing. They have been promising a refund for over 3 months but I still no refund. All I get is scripted email responses.
