A ring from Kay jewelers I didn’t order., Chester, SC, USA

I received a package from Williams in Georgia. I just received the package in the mail. Opened it and a ring in a Kay jewelry box inside of a small plastic bag. I didn’t order it. I looked up the address and this site piped up with all of the people saying they had received the same thing and didn’t order it. Took back to postal service to have returned. Don’t know how they got my address and ring size.
