I had ordered some items (clothes and shoes) from a place called MIHR (China) and they charged me $31.55. When I track my package it says delivered, but I did not receive what I had ordered.....I received (2) scarfs (it says US value $5.00....) and I didn't order any scarfs. They also charged my card twice ($31.55, 2 times)..I did call my card service and reported the two charges. Thank you for your help.
