Bought a necklace and nothing like photo and the chain is so in knots and can not use it ,so tiny like a child’s one I bought what I thought was a genuine Tiffany necklace two small hearts ,when I opened parcel I was shocked at the size af the product, the chain was all knotted together so can’t use it,was so shocked nothing like photo ,so would like a refund ,it’s a scam . I await to hear from you ,I paid with MPAY £47 some thing ,I can not afford to loose this money as I’m a pensioner got it for my grandaughter ,hope you can help me ,
