This so called company is a TOTAL scam! You can't return because they send you a bogus email.
Yes. I ordered product, too. I am now having to dispute the charges through Paypal. I think they are operating out of China, even though their website says U.S. Dispute the charges with your credit card or through Paypal, and write a review on their product info warning others not to purchase from them. Good luck.
same thing happened to me as well. what can we do. report this to the better business bureau
I too received the eyecream I had ordered a completely different product the tracking number matches from paypay .
