2 Packages with same product which I did not order, Rhode Island, USA

I never ordered 3in1 charging cable. Received 2 separate packages from 3837 Bay LakeTrail #13, North Las Vegas and 21005 64th Ave S, Kent Washington.

Coincidentally I recently orders the 8’x2’ raised planters advertised on Facebook. One order was for 2 and then a second order because I wanted 3 in all. Never received.

Checked Amazon end it does not show an order placed by me within the last three months.

Could these two situation’s be related.
