The professional dog hair absorber I bought on FB_ Eternyic in early February cost $52 and haven't received it even after waiting for months. I sent a lot of emails asking for the goods and finally got a bunny earmuff! They said they sent the wrong item and provided me with this address to return the item 2004, Building 5, Guangzhou Gangyuan, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. The return shipping cost me another $24 Australian dollars! And I asked for my refund account! However, until now, half a year has passed, and no one has given a refund. There have been many emails urging refunds, and no one has responded!
