USPS Teterboro package sitting with no movement

I ordered a photo thru Shutterfly who ships "UPS." However, apparently at some point, they hand off to USPS. So now my package is sitting in Teterboro for over a week with no movement. UPS says they can't help because it's with USPS. And USPS can't help because I don't have a USPS tracking #.

My package has been sitting at the Teterboro distribution center since November 23, 2023 today today is December 10 and there has not been any movement and when I tried to make a complaint missing mail report, USPS tells me it is unable because it’s an international package

My package was suppose to be delivered on Dec 4th and it is still in a holding pattern at Teterboro Distribution Center and has not moved and it states its in transit to another location and will not list the location !! I NEED HELP!!!

This place is horrible. No matter what gets sent here it automatically gets delayed at least a week. They will send packages where ever they want in hopes the next location fixes their error. I've had 3 packages go through here and always gets sent somewhere else.…
