Covid outbreak over the past few weeks. Lack of proper PPE and surgical masks for staff. Lack of clean mop heads and near empty chemical dispensers and unit supplies are inadequate. Staff, who tested positive, are allowed to return after one week with no retest required.

Over 100 employees are at risk of contacting covid 19 due to the improper screen and not enough PPE. The thermometers are reading at 98.0 for everyone.the nurse admitted that they don't work. They also are not sanitizing them. There is no hand sanitizer nor mask provided.…
