1. There is no social distancing whatsoever in the office, employees sit about 1 and a half feet from each other.

1. Not informing staff of the call center about positive COVID-19 cases. 2. Staff don't even wear a mask and staff that sit next to each don't wear masks. 3. Social distancing is not being done.
