The office is an unsafe work place. No social distancing, no screening and very few people follow the mask mandate. The building is not clean and there has been COVID outbreaks amongst the people working after being forced to be in meetings with no social distancing.

Employer not mandating masks to be worn. Employer not enforcing social distancing. Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning workplace. Employer not screening employees for Covid-19 upon entry. Employees testing positive and employer not notifying co-workers so they can self quarantine.
