Wife and I contracted COVID-19

It turns out we contracted the Coronavirus from that restaurant not food poison. We had the chicken ceaser salad and it made us both sick we got it delivered on Thursday the 7th and me and my wife both got sick as dog the next morning. My wife is now in the hospital they picked her up this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache
