COVID-19 units are not kept under a negative pressure. High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are not provided for the ventilation system in the COVID-19 rooms or the COVID-19 unit. Some of the patient doors do not close or are opened during aerosol-generating procedures.
