A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employer is not implementing COVID-19 safety guidelines.

A maintenance worker at Florence One School district was diagnosed with coronavirus on April 8th. Confirmed that several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and some are in quarantine. Exact numbers not released.
