An electrical service disruption was reported in a Surprise, Maricopa County neighborhood on Saturday after a crash happened near Coyotes Lakes Parkway and Mohave Court around 2:30 a.m. The driver struck an APS power box, knocking out power for 348 homes in the Coyote Lakes community.
