Ecorse Fire Chief believes the city is in a bit of a weather matrix. Power lines were reported down on structures and about a third of the city had no power. One of those power lines fell on a house at about 6:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of 7th Street in Ecorse. As the storm swept through Taylor, it created significant power outages and traffic issues.
