Power outages were reported across the Portland area Wednesday, Dec. 27 morning due to trees falling on power lines. According to the Portland General Electric outage map, there were outages in East Portland, Southwest Portland, Beaverton, and Cedar Hills with over 13,000 customers affected throughout NW Oregon and SW Washington at the height of the outages.
