According to Pacific Gas and Electric Company's outage map, there are 2,438 customers currently affected by a power outage in Kern County Thursday morning, Dec, 21. The outage started at 2:37 a.m. Bakersfield has about 1,517 customers affected on East California Avenue and the Unincorporated Kern area has 921 customers affected.
