On December 21st, PG&E reports that 1,432 customers from Truxtun Avenue to Stockdale Highway are out of power as of 8:46 p.m., according to the utility's outage website. Additional customers near Brimhall Road and the Westside Parkway are affected, as well as Rosedale Highway and Kilmer Way. There is no estimated restoration time.
