A power outage in Bowling Green Monday morning was caused by a squirrel. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities said they lost a breaker at their South Bowling Green station sometime before 10 a.m. Over 300 customers were impacted. The areas without power were the Brentmoor subdivision and Creason and Gatewood areas.
