About 259 customers were affected by an outage in Steuben County on Thursday morning Dec. 28 after a rollover crash this afternoon in Bath. Power was estimated to be restored by 3:30 p.m. According to NYSEG's outage map six of these customers were affected in the Kanona area, and the other 253 were affected in Bath. Power has been restored to the area.
