1. Closed in an office with clients to complete their 1.5-2 hour intake, which could take place by phone or telehealth. We work from home all except one day per week, but we take turns coming into the office and seeing clients face to face. 2. Clients do not usually leave their masks on correctly, and there is no air purification. When they do not leave their mask on, protocol is to take them to our conference room and complete the rest by phone with them on the conference room phone. It could have been a phone intake from the beginning, this is unnecessary potential exposure to the virus for clients and workers. Clients are most often from the most vulnerable populations, including homeless and mentally ill. There are 13 therapists and one intern in our department.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-11
