COVID-19 related incidents and exposures: 1. Employees are not being notified when co-workers are exposed to COVID-19 thru contact tracing. 2. Supervisors, and management are not following safe work practices, exposure control programs, communicating and following CDC and Health Dept. guidelines to protect employees. 3. Residents have tested positive for COVID and the employer has not quarantined the residents for protection of other residents and employees. 4. Employer is not providing proper PPE for employees to protect from COVID-19 exposures. 5. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 and if infected are not provided Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA): Employee Paid Leave. 6. Employer is retaliating against employees who inform the employer of the hazards and exposures they are subjected to at the workplace. 7. Employer is hiding employee exposures and employee hospitalizations, not logging on OSHA logs and informing OSHA.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 58
