Complaint 1) With regards to COVID-19 preventative measures, the employer has been spraying a diluted bleach solution on surfaces. The bleach solution utilized is much greater than is advised in the CDC guidance. The disproportionate application of this solution in the workplace, especially in areas with little to no ventilation, is causing employees to experience skin hives and respiratory issues such as throat irritation and coughing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 3
