The employer does not enforce the mask rules for all telephone operating employees who are working on he ground floor of the West Tower. The employer does not enforce social distancing in telephone operator areas. When there are three to five employees answering the phone in the West Tower, there are not enough distance between employees to maintain social distancing. There are no clear plastic guards between employees answering the phone on the ground floor of the West Tower. The employer did not tell all the telephone operating employees at once regarding some one whom hey worked with, were tested positive for Covid-19. The employer told the remaining employees about a week after the person was tested positive for Covid. T8CCR§3203(a) Mask use not enforced for telephone operators, social distancing not enforced for operators . A telephone operator tested positive.
