Regulatory Report
1940 Pavilion Way, Lexington, 40509 Kentucky, United States
1) The store does not enforce social distancing measures set in place by state and CDC guidelines. This in turn endangers employees and customers, increasing the chances of disease transmission. All employees and customers exposed, ongoing, located at all locations in the store aside from check out.2) Items that are returned by customers are not being held in a quarantine for any time. Items found in the store that are misplaced are not quarantined as well. Surfaces of the returned items are not wiped down or sanitized. All employees or customers who may come into contact with the items are at risk. This is located behind the guest services desk and is ongoing.
3) The store does not assign anyone to count the number of customers shopping inside the store. Peak times, such as the afternoon or evening, are the heaviest. There are times when crowds form from lack of distancing, endangering all inside from increased exposure and disregard of social distancing. This occurs in the store daily, especially during weekends, is ongoing, and puts all employees and customers at risk.
